Mighty Minds: ELEMENTARY SCHOOL GROUP

Skill building around managing behaviors and thoughts
Developing connection between child and caregiver

MIDDLE SCHOOL GROUP

How to build and maintain social connections
What are expected/unexpected social behaviors
How to own your identity

Trauma Survivor Group
Schedule: Wednesdays @ 7pm (ongoing • drop-in group)
Goals: Trauma groups may focus on:
Emotional regulation and nervous system support
Healthy boundaries and relational patterns
Communication skills and connection
Trauma education and coping strategies
Reducing shame and increasing resilience
Cost: Insurance accepted; no out-of-pocket cost passed on to members
Trauma Intensive
Schedule: October 2026
Our trauma-focused therapeutic retreat is designed to support deeper healing in a focused, structured setting. This retreat is thoughtfully created for individuals recovering from trauma, whether your trauma is recent or rooted in childhood experiences.
Cost: The Trauma-Focused Therapeutic Retreat is listed at $2200. Insurance coverage varies but likely will not cover the majority of the cost. If you need help covering the cost, you can indicate that during registration.
Christian Parents of LGBTQIA+ Individuals

Cost: Insurance accepted or $125 per parent for the 5-week session
