The Light House provides high quality clinical and pastoral counseling through work with individuals, groups and families. The Light House also provides intensive programming to support the mental, behavioral and spiritual health of our clients.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for additional clinicians to join our team. Clinicians with experience working with children and adults are a plus!
We also welcome applications from graduate-level interns seeking supervised clinical experience.

Therapist, LMSW, LPCA or MFTA (Salary • Outpatient • Fully Remote or Hybrid • Active LPC-A, MFTA or LMSW licensure in Connecticut)
Therapist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC (Salary • Outpatient • Fully Remote or Hybrid • Active LPC, LMFT or LCSW licensure in Connecticut)
Psychiatric APRN (Fee for service • Fully Remote or Hybrid • Active licensure in Connecticut)
Clinical Intern (Master’s Level)
We accept applications from graduate students currently enrolled in a master’s program in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a similar discipline).
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited master’s program in a related field
Eligible for clinical placement/internship through your university
Strong interest in trauma-informed and relational work
Alignment with The Light House’s mission and values
