The birds are back and we’re here for it! After a long winter, seeing our feather friends return is a welcome sign of new seasons, but did you know that listening to the sound of birds is good for you? A study from King’s College London found that listening to birdsong reduces stress, improves mood, and can lower feelings of anxiety and paranoia. It also improves cognitive energy and improves focus. That’s a whole lot of good stuff!
